Why do we self‑sabotage?

You set the goal. You meant it. And then something happened. That's not a discipline problem. It's a pattern. A specific one. And it has a name.

The problem

It is not discipline. It is a pattern.

Most people treat self-sabotage as a willpower problem, so they attack it with more effort. Effort is not the missing piece. The pattern is older than the goal, and it runs whether or not you are paying attention.

Name the pattern and it loses its grip. That is the whole move, and it is the reason the quiz exists.

Meet Liberty Call

I'm Liberty Call, and I find practical wisdom in everyday moments.

I built this because I was the one giving up. Not on small things. On the ones that mattered, right at the point they started to get real. I did that for years before I got curious enough to ask why, and started studying how a person actually changes.

That study has run more than a decade now: personal development, leadership, NLP, hypnosis, and anything else that explained the gap between knowing and doing.

My passion is helping people become who they want to be. My mission is to teach that change is possible, and that you can raise your standards across every area of life: relationships, finances, spirituality, education, fitness.
